Checking credits
When you join Photobox we automatically give you some free credits (this could be free prints but offers vary). Details of these credits and any other product credits you buy from us can be checked by going to 'My Photobox', 'My Credits'.
Using credits
Your product credits will only show up in your basket when you add the relevant product. You will know a credit is showing in the basket correctly when the cost of that product is £0.00 and your free credit shows up beneath as "credits used: 1"
TOP TIP: Prints and product credit cannot be used in conjunction with offer codes.
Books credit tip: If you have purchased a credit for a 50/100 page Photobook, just create your book in the books studio and then add as many pages as you like up to the 100 page limit. You can also choose to add extra pages at additional cost (£1 to £2).
Offer codes give you the chance to save money when you shop with us. To get these special offers you must remember to always add the correct number of items to your basket and enter the offer code.
