1. You must obtain permission from the bill payer and must be 18 years or over to donate via SMS/text message
2. The standard network charge for text messages is at your network provider's rates.
3. PhotoBox does not accept any responsibility for any technical failure, malfunction, congestion, capacity issues or any other problem with any telephone, telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any text being lost, delayed or not properly received and recorded.

5. There are no prizes for this competition, as our objective is to raise awareness of a charity and encourage donations to Breast Cancer Care.
6. Entries must be in good taste and not include any crude, derogatory, inflammatory or offensive language.
